We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with tags attached. If goods are returned despite these conditions, your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge;

Full-price items are eligible for a full refund;

FULL PRICE

Full-price items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit;

SPECIAL OFFERS

Special offers or items purchased during a flash sale/promotion are only eligible for a credit or exchange;

FINAL SALE

Items marked as "final sale – no return or exchange" cannot be returned. If goods are returned despite this policy, the items will be sent back to you at an additional charge;

PROMO CODE

Orders with a PROMO CODE that discounts the order (excluding our 10% welcome offer) are only eligible for a credit or exchange;

SWIMWEAR

All swimwear must be tried on over underwear, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards cannot be returned;

RETURN SHIPPING

We recommend trying on all items immediately upon receipt to ensure you can return the items within the return period.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded, and the cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. tupkeep.com is not responsible for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We recommend returning your items via registered or trackable mail service, as the responsibility for returns lies with the customer until they are received by tupkeep.com.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

We strive to process refunds daily, but please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty product. Please contact our customer service team at service@tupkeep.com  with your order number and images of the fault, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
