We offer express shipping for a flat rate of 15.99orstandardshippingfor6.99 per order. If your order total exceeds $50, shipping is free.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES TUPKEEP.COM ACCEPT?
We currently accept credit card payments and PayPal. If you would like to arrange payment through another method, we’d be happy to assist! Please contact us directly at service@tupkeep.com to arrange this.
IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ONLINE AT TUPKEEP.COM?
Absolutely! We use GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures the secure transmission of your personal data over the internet. We do not store credit card information, nor do we share your personal data with third parties. If you still have concerns about placing your order, please contact us at service@tupkeep.com , and we will assist you with an alternative method to complete your purchase.
HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing your order at service@tupkeep.com . After this period, we may not be able to make changes.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please contact us at service@tupkeep.com .
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM? CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order item is an item you order before it is in stock. You can cancel it until your order is processed. To cancel, please email us at service@tupkeep.com .
I ORDERED AN IN-STOCK ITEM WITH A PRE-ORDER. WILL THEY BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY?
We ship your order once all items are available. If you would like to receive your in-stock item before the pre-ordered item, please email us at service@tupkeep.com.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be in their original condition, with the return label and hygiene seal intact. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
tupkeep.com offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping costs). All returns can be sent to our return warehouse in the United States.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Requesting a return has never been easier! We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. To initiate a return, simply email us at service@tupkeep.com within 14 days of receiving your package, using the email address associated with your order.
Please note that we cannot refund original shipping costs for returned items, except for defective items. We also cannot cover return shipping costs. Once the items are received, we will send you your new items or issue your refund (item price excluding original shipping costs).
We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using a trackable postal service for returns and keeping a record of the tracking details.
